The Rycraft stamp design pictured below is #U-40 – Snowflake
which was carved in 1973 by Carroll Rycraft and retired in 1976.

To use a 2″ round Rycraft cookie stamp to make a square cookie (as pictured below),
make a batch of dough and press into a jelly roll pan or cookie sheet.
Stamp the design into the dough in rows. After baking, cut into 3″ squares.

Better yet, use a square Rycraft cookie stamp to stamp the dough.
