Tender Wafer Cookies
Your friends and family will love these delicious cookies, a
wonderful addition to your holiday table or to give as a gift.
Ingredients
1 or more Rycraft cookie stamps
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon each vanilla extract and lemon flavoring
or 1 teaspoon almond flavoring
2 3/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Method
Combine and beat well first 4 ingredients plus flavoring you choose. Add flour and baking powder and blend well.
Form 1-inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Stamp with cookie stamp.
Bake at 350° F. for 10 to 12 minutes or until slightly brown. Makes 4 dozen cookies
